Refund policy

REFUNDS

SHANAY does not accept product returns as these are personal hygiene items. We offer money reimbursement depending on the case. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To find out if you are eligible for a refund contact us at shanayorganics@gmail.com. If you were eligible for a refund this will be deposited to the payment method used at the time of placing the order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then, contact your bank. Processing time is often necessary before a refund can be reflected.

If you have already done all of the above and have not yet received your refund, you can contact us by writing to shanayorganics@gmail.com.
Items on sale (if applicable)
Only normal price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
